Regarding rental bicycle fees
We offer four plans: 2 hours for 1,000 yen, 6 hours for 2,000 yen, 24 hours for 2,500 yen, and 48 hours for 3,500 yen
*If you exceed the basic time, the extension fee will be 500 yen for every 2 hours for the 2-hour plan, and 100 yen for every hour for all other plans
Rental bicycle usage hours and business hours
You can borrow and return items at any time, 24 hours a day
Because this system is accessed via an app, it is available 24 hours a day. There are no additional charges for early morning or late-night use
Regarding dropping off rental bicycles at different locations
Currently, the shared bicycle service in the Kobuchizawa area of Yamanashi Prefecture is in a trial phase, so bicycles cannot be left at any other location. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the bicycle to the port where you rented it
