STEP 02

Information Registration

After entering your user information and credit card information on the app, please purchase the ticket you wish to use.
(VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and JCB are accepted.)

STEP 03

How to borrow and return items

    1) Go to a rental port.
    2) Turn on Bluetooth and location services on your smartphone.
    3) Tap the "Rent" button on the app within a 3m radius of the port and wait 10 seconds. A list of available bicycles will appear. 4
    ) Tap the frame number of the bicycle you wish to use on the app.
    5) When you hear a click from the bicycle, turn the gray knob to the right. The lock will open.
    6) After the lock is opened, confirm the rental once or twice on the app. Once the screen that says "ENJOY" appears, you can use the bicycle.
