Mikiaki Nakajima, Representative Director (CEO)
After supporting IPOs for venture companies and launching a VC business at a securities company, he joined IGPI (Industrial Growth Platform, Inc.), where he was involved in new business development support, business restructuring, and M&A deals. At GENOVA, he served as head of the corporate planning office and director (CFO), working on new business development and fundraising. In 2013, he joined CogiCogi, and in 2014, he became Representative Director (CEO).
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Waseda University and an Ironman Finisher.
Gen Sugiura (CFO)
After working in venture capital investment at Daiwa Corporate Investment (Daiwa Securities Group), he participated in the establishment of Pan Asia Airways Co., Ltd. (now Solaseed Air Inc.) and became a director in charge of corporate planning. Subsequently, he provided growth support to several venture companies, including OKWeb, in areas such as corporate planning, capital policy, and marketing, and was involved in their IPOs and exits. Since 2008, he has served as Director and COO of Concord Executive Group, providing recruitment support to venture companies and career consulting to over 700 business leaders. In 2016, he joined CogiCogi. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University
Kazuo Yoneyama (CTO)
He joined Sony Inazawa, where he was involved in the manufacturing and production technology of color televisions. Later, at Sony Ichinomiya, he worked on manufacturing and design technologies related to packaging, and as a leader in packaging technology, he was in charge of setting up packaging lines both domestically and internationally. After transferring to Sony, he served as the general manager of the Technical Standards Office at the Design Technology Center, promoting the standardization of elemental technologies related to manufacturing. He left Sony in 2008 and, after providing technical guidance to several companies, joined CogiCogi in 2014
