    A shared bicycle trial will begin in the Nihonbashi Kabutocho area of ​​Tokyo on August 9th. The trial will run until January 8th, 2024. Electric-assist bicycles can be rented at the port in front of the Nihonbashi Kabutocho parking lot on the Metropolitan Expressway

    • Travel by car to the city center, then switch to a nimble electric-assist bicycle for convenient transportation around Tokyo.
      This service is a demonstration experiment by Metropolitan Expressway Co., Ltd. and CogiCogi Co., Ltd., proposing improved parking convenience and a new mobility experience.

      *This service is also available to those who do not use the parking lot, such as local residents or those arriving by train.

    Regarding rental bicycle fees

    • 6 hours: 1,200 yen
      12 hours: 1,500 yen
      24 hours: 2,000 yen
      48 hours: 3,000 yen
      *Prices shown include tax.

      *If you exceed the basic time, you can use the service for an additional 110 yen per hour

    Web survey and benefits

    • To improve the quality of this service, we conduct a web survey after you use it.
      We will give an Amazon gift card (worth 500 yen) to those who cooperate with the web survey.

      *Each person may only respond to the web survey once.

    Rental bicycle usage hours and business hours

    • You can borrow and return items at any time, 24 hours a day

      Because this system is accessed via an app, it is available 24 hours a day. There are no additional charges for early morning or late-night use

    About the interview

    • We will conduct online interviews to further improve our services for those who have completed the post-service web survey and given their consent within the survey.


      *Details will be provided in the post-service web survey.
      *We will not ask everyone who consents to participate in the interview to do so.
      *We plan to offer a separate compensation for those who participate in the interview (one time per person).

    How to use

    • (1) Start account registration by clicking the "Register" button. Enter "kabuto" in the "Invitation Code" field at the end of registration.
      (2) After registering your account, proceed to "Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway Share Cycle Area" by clicking the "Purchase" button and purchase a ticket.
      (3) Go to the share cycle station and press the "Rent" button to rent a bicycle.
      * After use, be sure to return the bicycle to the Nihonbashi Kabutocho Parking Lot Port on the Metropolitan Expressway. Returns to other ports are not accepted.
