COGICOGI PASS (Caregiving/Nursing)


We have prepared a subscription (monthly flat-rate) rental plan for home care and home nursing service providers
Unlike shared bicycles, you don't need to return it to a port each time
This is a private rental plan that allows you to take the equipment back to your business premises
It can be used just like a bicycle that you have purchased or leased. It is also used by nursing universities for nursing clinical practice
Depending on the area, regular bicycle maintenance may be available as an option

COGICOGI PASS (Care & Nursing) offers three selectable plans

The price varies depending on the type of electric assist bicycle and the range (battery capacity).
Please choose a plan based on the number of rides you wish to complete.
All bicycles are 20-inch small-wheeled types with three-speed gears.

  • Electric-assist bicycles available for rent

    COGICOGI PASS for caregiving and nursing

    Monthly plan of 6,600 yen (tax included)

    Range: 10-20km

    This plan is designed for businesses that visit 2-3 clients at once

    You can start with this plan and later switch to a higher-capacity battery

  • Electric-assist bicycles available for rent

    Monthly plan of 9,350 yen (tax included)

    Driving range: 35-45km

    This plan is for businesses that visit five or more locations in a single session

    You can start with this plan and later upgrade to a higher-capacity battery if needed

(*1) The riding range varies depending on the assist mode (strength or weakness) used while riding, whether the lights are on at night, and whether there are hills

Application and Usage Flow

  • [① Estimate]

    We will provide you with a quote based on various conditions such as your desired vehicle type, quantity, battery capacity, delivery destination, and contract period

  • [② Application]

    Please review the quote and then send us your order form. We will send you an invoice for the first month, and your application will be considered complete upon payment

  • [③ Receiving the bicycle]

    We will deliver the bicycle to your business premises, so please receive and check it. Please note that the bicycle and any equipment will be shipped separately

  • [④ Bicycle repair/replacement, etc.]

    If any wear and tear on the bicycle causes problems during use, we will repair or replace it free of charge in principle

FAQ

  • Q. Can I use the bicycles located at the port?

    A. This plan is for renting a bicycle only; you may not use any bicycle other than the one designated


    Q. I'm worried because rentals are used items

    A. The bicycles we rent out are inspected at a bicycle safety maintenance shop (a business that has been inspected and registered by the Japan Traffic Management Technology Association). In addition, if there are any safety issues at the start of your rental, we will replace the bicycle at our expense

    Q. Are there any restrictions on the rental period?

    A. There are no restrictions or obligations regarding the rental period. You can use it for any period you like, as needed


    Q. If I rent the car partway through the month, will I be charged for the full month?

    A. No, the fee is calculated on a monthly basis from the rental start date. For example, if the rental starts on April 25th, the fee will cover the period from April 25th to May 24th


    Q. Can I get a daily rate on the rental fee?

    A. We do not offer daily pro-rata calculations


    Q. What happens if the battery on the rented bicycle doesn't last long enough (for example, if the battery deteriorates during the rental period)?

    A. We will send you a different battery, so please return the original battery to us
