After we confirm your payment and customer information registration, we will send you an email confirming your order details, delivery method, and shipping costs. Bicycles will generally be delivered via contactless delivery. We will contact you once the delivery date is confirmed. As bicycles are large items, it is difficult to specify a delivery date and time, but if you have a specific date and time preference, we will try to accommodate it, provided you understand that this may extend the delivery period
Accessories (charger and key) will be shipped separately from the bicycle from the distribution center. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to receive them

A. We are sorry, but this service is not available. For delivery purposes, we offer a separate service called "COGICOGI PASS for delivery crew," so please use that instead. If you use this service for delivery purposes, your contract will be terminated immediately and a penalty fee will be charged
