*For 12-month and 24-month plans, we will cover the bicycle delivery fee for deliveries within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
*Anti-theft registration fee and TS insurance fee are included in the plan price.
*We will cover the cost of replacing consumables (tires, brakes, battery, etc.) if they deteriorate. (Except in cases of intentional damage or negligence.) However, depending on the nature of the malfunction, if it is determined that repair is difficult, the entire bicycle may be replaced.

Application process

  • [① Payment]

    Click the payment/application button for each plan to proceed to the payment screen. After entering your credit card information, click the payment button to complete the payment. Afterward, a customer information registration form will appear; please fill it out. Payment is generally by credit card only

    After we confirm your payment and customer information registration, we will send you an email confirming your order details, delivery method, and shipping costs. Please reply if the details are correct or if you wish to make changes. (We will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays. If you do not receive a reply, please contact us by email.)

  • [③ Bicycle delivery]

    Bicycles will generally be delivered via contactless delivery. We will contact you once the delivery date is confirmed. As bicycles are large items, it is difficult to specify a delivery date and time, but if you have a specific date and time preference, we will try to accommodate it, provided you understand that this may extend the delivery period

  • ④ [Receiving supplies]

    Accessories (charger and key) will be shipped separately from the bicycle from the distribution center. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to receive them

Q&A

  • Q. Can I use the bicycles located at the port?

    A. This plan is for renting a bicycle only; you may not use any bicycle other than the one designated

    Q. Are there any restrictions on the rental period?

    A. There are no restrictions or obligations regarding the rental period. You can use it for any period you like, as needed

    Q. If I rent the car partway through the month, will I be charged for the full month?

    A. No, the fee is calculated on a monthly basis from the rental start date. For example, if the rental starts on April 25th, the fee will cover the period from April 25th to May 24th

    Q. Can I get a daily rate on the rental fee?

    A. We do not offer daily pro-rata calculations

    Q. I only want to rent for 6 months. Which plan should I choose?

    A. Please select the 3-month plan. You can continue using the service from the 4th month onwards at the same price as the first three months

    Q. What happens if the battery on the rented bicycle doesn't last long enough (for example, if the battery deteriorates during the rental period)?

    A. We will send you a different battery, so please return the original battery to us

    Q. Can I choose the color of the bicycle?

    A. Due to inventory limitations, you cannot choose the color of the vehicle at the start of your rental period. However, if a vehicle of your desired color is returned to us during your rental period, we will prioritize exchanging it for your preferred color. Please let us know in advance

    Q. I'm worried because rentals are used items

    A. The bicycles we rent out are inspected at a bicycle safety maintenance shop (a business that has been inspected and registered by the Japan Traffic Management Technology Association). In addition, if there are any safety issues at the start of your rental, we will replace the bicycle at our expense

    Q. Can it be used for delivery services such as Uber Eats?

    A. We are sorry, but this service is not available. For delivery purposes, we offer a separate service called "COGICOGI PASS for delivery crew," so please use that instead. If you use this service for delivery purposes, your contract will be terminated immediately and a penalty fee will be charged

    A. Yes, it is possible
