Since it's a 20-inch bicycle, it can transport goods stably. It's also easy to ride on narrow alleys

Afterward, a customer information registration form will appear; please fill it out. Payment is generally by credit card only
After we confirm your payment and customer information registration, we will send you an email confirming your order details, delivery method, and shipping costs. Please reply if the details are correct or if you wish to make changes. (We will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays. If you do not receive a reply, please contact us by email.)
For those picking up locally, we will ship the key and charger to your home. Once you receive them, please take the key to one of the designated bicycle parking areas in Harajuku or Daikanyama and use the bicycle. (These ports are open 24 hours.) For those who prefer delivery, we will deliver everything to your home. (Delivery fees vary by area.)
For those making long deliveries, additional batteries are available.

A. This plan is for renting a bicycle only; you may not use any bicycle other than the one designated

A. No, the fee is calculated on a monthly basis from the rental start date. For example, if the rental starts on April 25th, the fee will cover the period from April 25th to May 24th
