Q1. What are the specifications of the bicycle?
A1. It is an electric assist bicycle. The model is the Yamaha City-X, but this may vary depending on the area. Please check the photos on the page for each area.

Q2. Does it come with a child seat?
A2. We do not have bicycles with child seats installed.

Q3. Can children ride them?
A3. Only adult-sized bicycles are available.

Q4. Is it possible for minors under 18 to use the service alone?
A4. It is not possible for minors under 18 to use the service alone.
Parental consent is required for use.

Q5. The saddle is too high. Can it be adjusted?
A5. Please adjust it by operating the lever located at the base of the saddle.

Q6. How can I check the remaining battery level of my bicycle?
A6. You can check it on the digital meter located on the left side of the handlebars.
Turn on the meter and select the battery level using the toggle button, and it will be displayed.

Q7: Does the bicycle have a basket?
A7: Yes, it does.
