III. How to use
Q1. How do I borrow it?
A1. You can borrow it by following these steps.

1) Create an account on the app, purchase a ticket for your desired plan, and then go to the port you wish to use.
2) Turn on Bluetooth and location services on your smartphone. (Note that for iPhones, there are two Bluetooth settings: one on the device and one in the COGICOGI app.)
3) Tap the "Rent" button on the app within a 3m radius of the port and wait 10 seconds. A list of available bicycles will appear.
4) Tap the frame number of the bicycle you wish to use on the app.
5) When you hear a click from the bicycle, turn the gray knob to the right. The lock will open.
6) After the lock is opened, you will be asked to confirm the rental one to several times on the app. Once the screen that says "ENJOY" appears, you can use the bicycle.
Q2. How do I lock and unlock the bicycle while it's rented?
A2. To lock it, press the orange knob while closing the lock.
To unlock it again, tap the "Unlock" button on the app screen and turn the knob to unlock it.
Please note that the bicycle will remain in use until it is returned to the port.
Also, please be aware that you are responsible for managing the bicycle while it is temporarily parked.
Q3. How do I return it?
A3. You can return it by following these steps.
- Lock the bicycle at the port where you return it. (Lock it while pressing the orange knob.)
- After that, press the "Return" button on the app
- The return is complete when the screen changes to the "Have a nice..." screen
- Any extension fees will be charged at this point
Q4. How long does it take from purchasing a ticket until I can rent a bicycle?
A4. You can use the bicycle immediately after completing your ticket purchase.
However, please note that renting and returning bicycles can only be done at a port.
You cannot rent or return bicycles from your home.
Q5. Can I lend my bicycle to friends or family using my account?
A5. Please use the account only if you are the registered user.
Q6. Can I return the rental car to a different port than the one I rented it from?
A6. As a general rule, you cannot return the rental car to a port that is outside your area. However, you can return it to a different port within the same area than the one you rented it from.
Q7. Where can I check the location of the ports?
A7. You can check the location of the ports using the "Find a Port" function in the app or the "Rental/Return Ports" section on the website.
Q8. What do I need to use the bicycle?
A8. You will need a BLE-compatible smartphone (iPhone 5s or later, or Android 4.3 or later) and a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX).
