II. Regarding Fees

Q1. How much does it cost to use the facilities?
A1.
① Half-day plan (2,310 yen) + tax
② Full-day plan (2,640 yen) + tax
③ Two-day plan (3,960 yen) + tax
. If you exceed the usage time, an extension fee will be charged. However, fees may vary depending on the area, so please check the page for each area.

Q2. How will extension fees be charged?
A2. If you use the bicycle for longer than the time set for each plan, the extension fee will be calculated and charged to your registered credit card when you return the bicycle to the port.

Q3. When will I be charged?
A3. You will be charged at the time of ticket purchase.

Q4. Which credit cards are accepted?
A4. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit cards. Diners Club is not currently accepted.

Q4. Is it possible to change my credit card information?
A4. We are not currently accepting changes. You can only re-register different credit card information if your payment failed due to incorrect credit card information.

Q5. Can I pay with cash?
A5. We generally do not accept cash.
We only accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and JCB). Please check the page for your area as some areas accept these cards.

Q6. Is a deposit (security deposit) required?
A6. No deposit is required. However, in the event of theft, malfunction, etc., you may be charged separately.

Q7. Can I rent multiple bicycles with one smartphone?
A7. Yes, you can rent multiple bicycles by following these steps.


    1) Register your credit card with your account and purchase the ticket you wish to use.
    2) From the side menu, select "Multiple Accounts," then select "Add Account" and enter the account name to add an account. 3
    ) Create accounts for the number of people who will be using the service using the same procedure as above.
    4) Purchase tickets with the added accounts as before.
    5) Switch to your respective account, and from the home screen, select "Rent" and follow the app's instructions to unlock the bicycle and begin using it.
