I. About Account Registration
Q1: I'd like to use a bicycle now. How do I register an account?
A1: Please prepare a BLE-compatible smartphone (iPhone 5s or later, or Android 4.3 or later). Download
the COGICOGI SMART! app from the App Store for iPhones, or from Google Play for Android devices, and proceed to account registration by clicking the "Register" button on the home screen. Once your account registration is complete, you can purchase tickets.
Q2. Is there a fee to register an account?
A2. There is no fee to register an account.
Q3. Do I need to register an account for each user?
A3. No, you can rent multiple bikes with one smartphone.
You can rent multiple bikes by following these steps:
1) Register your credit card with your account and purchase the tickets you want to use.
2) From the side menu, select "Multiple Accounts," then press "Add Account" and enter the account name to add an account. 3
) Create accounts for the number of people who will be using the service using the steps above.
4) Purchase tickets with the added accounts as you did the first time.
5) Switch to each account, and from the home screen, select "Rent" and follow the app's instructions to unlock the bike and start using it.
Q4. I want to change my registration information. How can I do that?
A4. Currently, it is not possible to change your registration information.
Q5. I would like to use this service as a corporation or sole proprietor. How do I register?
